 o helping improve your navigation skills with a focus on rogaining. The wor
 kshop caters for both beginner and intermediate rogainers.</p><p><strong>Wh
 at to expect?</strong></p><ul><li>Small groups of similar abilities led by 
 experienced coaches</li><li>Day and night navigation training activities in
  the Canberra bush</li><li>Workshops on route planning and gear for rogaine
 s</li><li>Light refreshments and maps supplied</li><li>3 hr rogaine on the 
 Sunday to practice newly acquired skills</li></ul><p>The workshop includes 
 three training sessions and a rogaine:</p><ol><li>Morning of Saturday from 
 9:00 am until 12:30 pm at Mt Ainslie (meeting at Ainslie Scout Hall) with r
 ogaine-specific theory from 12:30 pm until 3:30 pm.</li><li>Evening of Satu
 rday from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Stromlo Forest Park (meeting at Uriarra
  Road Entrance)</li><li>Morning of Sunday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at th
 e Googong Foreshore (meeting at Tin Hut)</li><li>Rogaine following the morn
 ing session from 12:15 pm until 3:15 pm</li></ol><p>Please bring lunch for 
 both days, a compass, a hat, wet weather gear, a head torch, and water. It'
 s likely to rain this weekend, so bring extra clothes to change into at the
