The 2025 6 hour Park n Play Pondergaine rogaine will be held in Gungahlin, starting from the Well Station Drive Park n Ride in Kenny.

This urban adventure will take you through the scenic parks, tranquil ponds and sprawling grasslands of the greater Gungahlin area. (This map setter had no idea there were so many parks and ponds, some of them so new they were not even on the map!). The controls are strategically placed to get you up to see the 360 views of Gungahlin Town Centre and although not every single nature reserve or local park has been included, we did try to set a challenge for our international Rogaining and Orienteering superstars (congratulations to all of you who competed in Spain and Italy). That being said there are some closer to home gems for the younger families and novices too.

The start of the event will be at 9:30 am Sunday 17 August, with maps from 8 am. The event will finish at 3:30 pm.

Entries cost $40 full and $32 concession. Under 14 free. Solo are permitted for this urban event, or the usual teams of 2 to 5 people.

Entries are open to 11:59 pm Sunday 10 August without late fees. Entries receieved between then and complete close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday 13 August incur a late fee of $10 per person.

The Hash House is right next to the tram stop so PLEASE be encouraged to leave the car at home.
