Join us for two fun and jam-packed days dedicated to helping improve yo
 ur navigation skills with a focus on rogaining. The workshop caters for bot
 h beginner and intermediate rogainers.\n
What to expect?\n

\n - Small grou
 ps of similar abilities led by experienced coaches
\n - Day and night navig
 ation training activities in the Canberra bush
\n - Workshops on route plan
 ning and gear for rogaines
\n - Light refreshments and maps supplied
\n - 3
  hr rogaine on the Sunday to practice newly acquired skills

The workshop i
 ncludes three training sessions and a rogaine:\n

\n - Morning of Saturday 
 from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm at Mt Ainslie (meeting at Ainslie Scout Hall) w
 ith rogaine-specific theory from 12:30 pm until 3:30 pm.
\n - Evening of Sa
 turday from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Stromlo Forest Park (meeting at Uriar
 ra Road Entrance)
\n - Morning of Sunday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at the
  Googong Foreshore (meeting at Tin Hut)
\n - Rogaine following the morning 
 session from 12:15 pm until 3:15 pm

Please bring lunch for both days, a co
 mpass, a hat, wet weather gear, a head torch, and water. It's likely to rai
 n this weekend, so bring extra clothes to change into at the end. \n
