 e holding the 2023 Metrogaine in the Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra area for the 
 first time! The course contains a great mix of new and old residential, com
 mercial and reserve areas to explore, with lots of interesting things to se
 e. The Hash House will be at the Queanbeyan Showground, in the Grandstand b
 uilding, providing a large, warm indoor space to plan your route and enjoy 
 the catering food.&nbsp;</p><p>It's a reasonably small area for a metrogain
 e but the controls are spread fairly evenly across the course, providing lo
 ts of route planning challenges for those looking to get lots of controls o
 r trying to clear the course(!), and lots of options for first timers and f
 amilies. The course setter's notes will include some recommendations for fu
 n and scenic routes.</p><p>If you're not familiar with the area, the&nbsp;<
 a href="events/eventdetail/70/-/winter-4-hour-jerrabomberra-virtual-rogaine
 .html">2020 Winter 4 hour Jerrabomberra Virtual Rogaine</a><i>&nbsp;</i>is 
 still available on MapRun and covers some of the same course area so would 
 be worth checking out!&nbsp;</p><p>Entries are now open - $26 regular and $
 21 concession. Entries will close midnight Wednesday 2 August, but sign up 
 before Monday 31 July to avoid the late fee.</p><p>Solo entries are permitt
 ed for the metrogaine.</p><p>Final instructions are available below (and in
