Explore the Orroral Valley’s open grasslands meandering along the river or challenge yourself on the granite-strewn slopes above. The 6hr Paddy Pallin course will visit many of the iconic boulders and bare rock slabs characteristic of Namadgi National Park.

Designed to offer diverse route options while avoiding the thickest scrub, the map features LIDAR-based cartography and vegetation (similar to the ACT Champs) allowing precise navigation and route planning.

Located less than an hour from Canberra on sealed roads, the Hash House returns to the historic Orroral Valley Tracking Station. Come for the adventure, stay for the post-event food, and enjoy  lucky draw prizes courtesy of Hartley Lifecare and Paddy Pallin.

The event is on Sunday 19 April. It will commence by way of mass start at 9:30 am and will finish at 3:30 pm, with late penalties for teams finishing after this time. The ACTRA AGM will be held immediately after the Paddy Pallin event, at approximately 3:50 pm. Please make sure you download the AGM documents before you head to the event. A link will be posted here. If you would like to volunteer for a role or general committee or nominate a friend please contact one of the current committee or come along on the day.

Entries cost $50 full and $40 concession. Under 14 free. No solo entries for this event - teams of 2 to 5 people.

Entries are open to 11:59 pm Sunday 12 April without late fees. Entries receieved between then and complete close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday 15 April incur a late fee of $10 per person.

Please carpool where possible as we have been asked to keep some parking spaces free at the tracking station for other users of the park - and you can save on petrol costs! Camping is available just a 10 min drive down the road, book on the Namadgi website.

Volunteers are needed for the event. You can help out with anything from control hanging, at hash house on the day, or control collecting after the event. Please contact Ollie
